With no amenity icons and no TripAdvisor stats we're ALL clueless. There are a dozen or more motels/hotels in Hollywood this could be---Travelodge, Econolodge, Days Inn, Ramada, etc. They're all in Hollywood, plus many small independents.

At $52 plus Hotwire fee you're approaching the $60's rates you can book conventionally. On Expedia you can get Hollywood Motel 6 at $65, Travelodge $66.67, Ramada Hollywood $67.67. Are you trying to be near some part of Hollywood? Booking conventionally you can choose a hotel in the area of Hollywood you want. If you don't care about area the Hotwire will be about $5-10/night cheaper.

If you purchase something please use these HOTWIRE or Expedia links.

Best guess is that this is the Ramada Inn Hollywood near Universal, which has previously been reported wtih the amenities above except for the Smoke Free icon... but this property is indeed Smoke Free so it's possible that this icon has been added since this hotel was previously reported.

After Hotwire's "Double the Difference" the Ramada would come to $55 plus tax/fee.

Priceline rates the Ramada 2*, so you might beat the HOTWIRE rate even after a refund, by bidding $45 or $50 for a 2* on Priceline. You could win some other 2* besides Ramada though. There are lots of 2* hotels in Hollywood.

If you're willing to spend $79 what about trying for the 3* Hollywood Heights Hotel on PRICELINE? It's been reported won with bids of $69 and $70. The Hollywood Heights would probably be a step up in quality from the Ramada or some other 2*. But parking would be $20 at HH vs. $10 or less at a 2*.
