Looks like I got a hotel that is not on the list:

Seems like a decent hotel for the price, other online prices seem to be around the $180 mark....so about 75% off

Only problem may be parking, I can't find what that costs here, and one review i read said they only have valet parking.

you can usually find parking at meters for overnight in downtown minneapolis. check this pdf out -

you can at least find free til 8am the next day even if you have walk a block or so. Good luck!!
