relaxing41 Posted February 2, 2009 Report Posted February 2, 2009 My first bid of $58 was accepted; Using your PRICELINE link I started at the 3 1/2 stars so I knew I would be bidding on the Trumbull Marriott and lowered my other acceptance bid of $61 to $58 (with priceline fees it comes to $73.00) and it was accepted.It is funny because they wouldn't let me extend my stay at $61 but let me renew the next night at $58 so I guess it is all in the way you bid. I realize that they probably just didn't want someone to stay on a thur - sat at these low rates so didn't accept the extended nights bid for that reason but I guess I won't ever know! relaxing41
