Hotel is in the same driveway as the RED ROOF INN. THe Marriott sprinhill suites is next and then the last hotel is This one; the Residence INN.

The hotel rooms are 50 percent larger than regular hotel rooms. They offer studio, one bedroom and two bedroom suites. Priceline gives you one studio suite when you bid on one room; i WAS told that it is possible to get a two bedroom suite if you bid on two rooms or get two studio suites.

While all the rooms have a kitchen, a living area and a King bed and a pull out couch; the studio suites kitchen does not have an oven; it has two burners for a stove top; a large microwave and large refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal and two chairs for studio suites with a counter top similar to granite.

All have a toaster and coffee pot along with dishes for cooking. Cabinets to put your food if you choose to cook.

The bathrooms have a shower with a toilet and the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. the counter tops look like granite or similar. The king bed in my room is not that comfortable so i went out and bought two twin size egg crates for ten dollars each at target and now My bed is comfortable!!.

The pull out couch is a double bed (full size) Not too comfortable either. First two nights my kids dealt with it but then we bought air beds and they love them. I paid $12.95 for a twin and $22.95 for a full size air bed with pump. This beats the $10/night charge for a roll away bed which is also very uncomfortable,. I am used to hotel beds being extremely comfortable; so the bed situation can be a drawback if you are picky or you can make do like we did!!. ie the HILTON has the best beds and they put in extra padding which makes it great.

THe rooms have a couch and a chair with matching decor along with a large desk and two night stands. Two closets one by the entrance for coats and one in hall way where bathroom sink is for your clothes. I like this feature.

Free internet acess but it does not really work in your room; even with the Ethernet cable you need to be in the lobby to get service and even then you are lucky. THey do have a computer with acess for guest to use if needed with a half hour limit at a time. (Springhill suites next door has a 15 minute limit)

Because it is winter you may use the facilities at the sprinhill suites Marriot next door., During summer they have an outdoor pool; Swimming pool and jacuzzi are heated and comfortable at the Springhill suites but then you need to walk outside to get back to your room and in this weather (1/29/09) your hair can freeze!!) THe fitness room at the hotel is small; only three machines but again you can use the sprinhill suites facilities which is larger.

Free breakfast everyday including weekend and snack m-th is also free; you can go to the springhill suites and have cocktail hour there and they offer better food! Breakfast is almost the same daily includes eggs, sausage, potatoes, homemade waffles, toast, bagels , cold cereal, oatmeal, oranges, apples and bananas, yogurt; either yo plait in cup or plain in bulk; coffee, apple juice and orange juice, milk all included.

Snack time includes soda if you get there early . Food is ok but not GREAT! definitely better than not having anything though.

coffee and tea is offered 24/7; hot cocoa is offered during breakfast.

Great rooms for a one night stay on business or for extended stays for any reason.

People here are generally nice. THere are some families here that have been here for up to three months and others for weeks. Great for business travel or any one. Savings on food is the added feature in staying here. NOt only can you cook your own food if you do go out to eat you can take home your leftovers and warm it up later!

They have a small market and offer tv dinners; snacks, toiletries etc. Or you can save money and go to Expect discount down the street.

Housekeeping does daily cleaning but will change sheets 2 x a week or upon request.

Our bedding was dirty and i had to ask twice to get clean sheets and bedding. Generally the hotel tries to meet your needs.

THere is also a living room area with a large screen tv where people congregate when you don't want to be in your room

laundromat on the 2nd floor is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. There is one washing machine that is front loading and two that are top; there are 6 dryers; some of the dryers don't work ( your clothes may get somewhat dried but one uses COLD air and another warm. I found the best dryer to be the one on the bottom closest to the door; warm and cozy and dries clothes on first try!. You can buy tide; or dryer sheets in the "market" down stairs or save money and get it at the store down the street. (stop and shop or X-Pect discounts)

Dry cleaning is offered. Self parking with ticket to be placed in car for parking; up to two spots per guests.

One bedroom suites have the same square footage of living space but the bedroom area has a partial wall separating the bed from the living area and it has an oven and a stove top. one bathroom

Two bedroom suites has a King bed in one room with a bathroom and either a kIng or a queen bed in the other room; with another bathroom; in the middle room is the full kitchen with either a kitchen table with 4 chairs or a counter similar to granite with 4 chairs. Depending if it is wheelchair access or not.

Over alll a great deal especially at price line prices. The door has a sticker stating the rack rate is $250/ night.

Pets are welcome and many people have dogs and cats. A fee of $75 - $100 must be paid for your pet and they have a walking area; A fine can be charged if you do not clean up after your pet. Large animals are allowed. I have seen some of the largest dog's in my life staying here!! - ALL FRIENDLY!!

I have been staying here for 18 days now and i must say a few more things about this property.

I would say it is the best deal in town except the fact that the bed i have is so extremely uncomfortable. Unless they have better beds in other rooms; I will ask the front desk.

This is the only hotel I know that allows pets to the extent that i have seen anywhere!! If allergic to cats or dogs you may not want to stay here!!

The washer and dryer may also have dog and cat hair from other peoples clothes. so again if animals are a problem do laundry elsewhere.

staff is nosy so keep your business to yourself unless you want the whole hotel knowing your business.
