given an offer to increase $12 dollars; i declined and added 2/5 and increased to $42; it was not accepted

changed to 2/2 - 2/6 increased to $42 ; given an offer to increase $12 I declined; I added shelton increased to $44 rejected

1/30/09 bid at 2/12 star level $46; bid accepted first try. ( seems this hotel wants $50 - $52/night but will accept $46 as lowest bid so far. I intend to see if this property will go lower by adding and subtracting dates.

2/12 star milford -stratford is usually increased to 3 star level milford and accepted at Residence inn milford; and at this time i consider this a free rebid because the one property that is a 2/12 star in stratford has yet to accept any bids.

(note) when bidding on milford (under $65) i noticed shelton area at 3 star is not available for priceline for mon - wed so adding

shelton is usually a free rebid at the 3 star and the 2/12 star level.

I realize new properties are added and this is not the safest strategy but so far it has been working for me.

I have been staying at this hotel since 1/19/08; when you extend your stay the front desk kindly has your keys ready for pick up at your convience before

12 pm. I have extended my stay before and after my accepted prices and all have been accepted.
