Priceline Hotel: Help - NYC 2 rooms required

My mother wants to take my sister and her daughter to NYC April 10-14. My wife and I are going as well, which requires two rooms, one of which needs to have two double beds. We would prefer to stay MTE, MTW or Times Square.

When I tried PRICELINE, I bid $125 for two rooms (I'm expecting that's $125 PER room) and was turned down in all three locations.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

welcome!

Rooms in New York can be small and when bidding on PRICELINE you may get a room with one double and no space for a rollaway bed. You should check HOTWIRE as you can search for up to quad occupancy which would insure at least a room with a double bed and sofa bed or a room with two beds.

Please use the PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links on the board if you proceed.
