I would say a 50% savings is a great bid, especially since you don't have any re-bid options for a 1* hotel.

My stay is on Dec 30th night, I am going to spend 4 nights in orlando but didnt want to regrent if I dont get good deal.

Now I got 50% off and I try to get better deals for the rest of the nights.

Extended Stay America has several Orlando hotels with VERY similar names:

1) ESA Orlando-Maitland, at 1760 Pembrook Drive

2) ESA Deluxe Orlando-Maitland-Pembrook, at 1776 Pembrook Drive

3) ESA Deluxe Orlando-Maitland-Summit, at 1951 Summit Tower Blvd

Since you didn't mention the word "Deluxe" I think you won #1 above, and if so that's a new hotel for the list. The ESA Deluxe (#2 above) has been reported, also rated 1*.
