The 3* Palm Desert looks to be a match to the Holiday Inn Express.

The other 2 hotels haven't been reported to the board, however, the 2.5* Cathedral City has a 3/5 tripadvisor traveler review rating based on 20+ reviews which is a match to the Quality Inn.

The 3* Cathedral City doesn't have a tripadvisor rating and just a few amenities so narrowing it down is difficult. It could be the Best Western, Holiday Inn, Courtyard by Marriott or other similar hotels in the area, of which there are many.
