Total is $40 + $11.86 service fee and tax. Accepted on first bid Regular "senior" price is shown as $110. Thought last time we were able to specify airport which is not now available so took a chance. Did use betterbidding PRICELINE link.
Colfax Posted December 7, 2008 Report Posted December 7, 2008 Downtown Oakland and Oakland Airport used to be separate PRICELINE zones. Priceline merged them into one large Oakland zone a couple years ago. Now more often than not people who want to stay near OAK airport win a hotel in downtown Oakland. And people who want to stay Downtown win a hotel near the airport. :) HOTWIRE still divides Oakland into two zones: Oakland-Alameda and Oakland Airport.
