Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying 4* Hotel

I need help identifying these two hotels for 12/19-12/21:

4* hotel for 99$/night with restaurant and high speed internet access

4* hotel for 123/night with boutique, fitness center, restaurant, business center, laundry facilities, and high speed internet access.

Sorry! the 99$ is Downtown-Pike Place (seattle) and the 123$ is Downtown Seattle Center-Space Needle

I think the Space Needle one may be the Pan Pacific. The reason is that if you do a Flight + Hotel dummy search for your dates, the Pan Pacific comes up with exactly the same list of amenities, plus someone recently reported getting that hotel with the same amenities.

However, when I do this, I don't see a hotel that has exactly the two amenities listed for the Pike Place zone. So there are several possible candidates. I'd say maybe the Edgewater.

The 4* in the Seattle Center-Space Needle zone is almost certainly the Pan Pacific. As for the 4* in the Pike Place zone, the Sheraton has been reported with exactly those amenities, so that would be my best guess. However, it could easily be another hotel trying to conceal its identity with a shortened set of amenities.
