Priceline Hotel: 4* Toronto (Downtown) Sheraton Centre

This is my first post, so I apologize in advance if I mess this up. Yesterday I used PRICELINE for the very first time (unfortunately, when I booked I was not aware of this site, found it today while searching for some info on Priceline hotel experiences). Next time I will definitely book through the site using your PRICELINE link.

However, I thought I would post my 'win', I started at $80 and it was not accepted, so then I went to $90 and it also was not accepted, so I then went to $100. I now see after reading these boards, that in the future I should increase my bids with lower increments. Regardless, I am VERY happy with my 'win'. I have stayed at the Sheraton Centre twice before and paid much more, even with the conference rates ($189 - $219 range) available to me at those times.

These boards are a great service. Major kudos and thanks!

I just wanted to provide an update on this 'win'. We checked in with no problems at all, and with no mention of the fact that we were PRICELINE customers or anything to make us feel any differently than anyone else (as some have noted in some posts here in the forum). We were given a beautiful non-smoking king room on the 18th floor overlooking city hall. All staff were very pleasant and professional during check-in, throughout our stay and on check-out. This was our first PRICELINE experience and we couldn't have been more pleased.
