XT600
I was trying to bid again 30hs after I got rejected last time - had 4-5 bids, adding zones and hotel *s - not possible; "your request is duplicate" or something... Thanks Link to comment

XT600
message from priceline:If you are unable to change your request as indicated above, you will need to wait at least 24 hours from the time you made your original offer to try again. Link to comment
Colfax
When you make a series of bids you need to wait 24 hours from your LAST rejected bid in the series.I've had bids rejected as duplicates when they were definitely a couple minutes past 24 hours, but I don't think that's very common. XT600
- if you rebid before 24hs your timer will be reset and you need to wait again 24hs- the 24hs seems to be 25 or 30hs....??? Link to comment
thereuare
you will need to wait at least 24 hours from the time you made your original offer to try again.I think interpreting 'original offer' to mean 'first offer', which is not their intended meaning. If you start your bidding at 11am and use re-bids, stop to get a cup of coffee, answer the phone, etc, and finish your bidding cycle at 11:45am, the lock-out period ends at 11:45am the following day.
