Looking at what was available through hotwire, I see that the Lowe's hotel is there for $136.

I need two rooms, so started at $85 adding $5 each time up to $105 with no accepted offers.

How high are you williing to bid for a 4* hotel?

At the 4* level in Philadelphia you do have FIVE re-bid zones, so you should be able to easily get up to the $135 HOTWIRE price (if you're willing to bid that high) in one bidding cycle.

I usually get 4* hotels in downtown Philly for $65 on the weekends. $80 during the week however.
