Priceline Hotel: Where to bid for one night in SF? 09/27-09/28

I'm looking to bid a 4* rated hotel in SF somewhere downtown or near fisherman's warf. What amount would you recommend I start at and what possible hotels could I end up with? Looking to spend between $80-140.

When bidding for a 4* in San Francisco you have four free rebid zones, which are zones that only have hotels less than 4*. If you don't understand how to determine your four free rebid zones please ask before you bid.

I suggest you select both USE and USW and bid $80 for a 4*.

Add Fisherman's Wharf and bid $85.

Then add your four free rebid zones, one at a time, raising your bid by $5 with each zone. That will bring you to $105 and I hope that will be high enough. If it's not wait 24 hours and repeat, raising all the bid amounts by $10.

Oh. You can close this. I never got a hotel. It was my 1 year anniversary weekend, but my dad ended up in the hospital so plans were changed :)
