AaronJB Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 My guess for a 3.5* in the Downtown/Soho area would be Gild Hall, which would seem to me to be more likely to be rated a 3.5*, is in the DT/Soho area and also has 4.5/5 on TA.
