Very disappointed!!

Was $109 on HOTWIRE, would have been $127 AAA rate. After Hotwire fees we are only saving $12 per day -- not enough to offset the lack of flexibility and room choice on Hotwire.

This was our first and probably last HOTWIRE experience.

The Embassy Suites next door and the nearby Hilton are both 3* hotels. I can't imagine how they could give the Holiday Inn Express the same rating.
