No evidence that this property has been downgraded to 2.5* although everything does seem to fit... the hotel is Smoke Free (a new icon since this property has been previously reported) and the TripAdvisor information is a match as well.

So no reported win of this property at the 2.5* level or with a new Smoke Free icon... but i'd be surprised if it wasn't the Holiday Inn Express.
