Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Columbus (Downtown) Courtyard

Looking for hotel near columbus convention center for my parents for a labor day weekend conference. All the 3* around the convention center were already booked up I was just looking for anything closeby. Ok with the courtyard by marriott that is not even listed on the pinned list for priceline list for columbus (please add).

First chose only downtown for the whole weekend and

bid 4* at $49 trying to not get the Hyatt on Capitol square(too far) rejected

Added 3* and went to $55 and again rejected

added 2.5* with trepidation at $60 and was accepted for this courtyard by marriott

Seems to be less than two blocks from the convention center which is good, but has a 18 surcharge for onsite parking. But for late booking at the conference it seems to be a good deal, their list for that weekend for standard room is 109 per nite so that is not bad. Details are below
