the 4* in Kensington - Chelsea - Knightsbridge with tennis and spa, restaurant, business center, and fitness center is K West. It is a little far out (near Earl's Court/ Shepherds Bush), not in what I would consider to be Kensington - Chelsea - Knightsbridge, but in the Hotwire defined area. :)
