Started at $37, rebid $40, new bid $43 and PL counteroffered $55, rebid $47, declined, added Rocky Hill (has 3* so not technically a rebid, but decided it was an acceptable area and probably going for higher bids than we planned) and got it. A little extra effort to save $5.We use the 'barn start page.
