I made the mistake of listening to my boyfriend and started bidding today at $185 and on the first try, without using rebid zones, my offer was accepted. AAA rate on the Hyatt's website was $326/night!!!! Our backup reservation had been a 2 star comfort inn for an average of $225/night. For anyone that knows hotel prices in Newport, this is a great deal for this hotel over the 4th of July!! Link to comment
