Hotwire Hotel: 4* Myrtle Beach id

Hey everyone, long time lurker, first time poster here.

Dates: 9/5-9/7

City: Myrtle Beach

The results were for a 4 star hotel in Myrtle Beach for $69/night.

The hotel ammenities are:

Smoke Free

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

High-speed Internet Access

My first thoughts are that it's the Sheraton, however hotwire shows a tripadvisor rating of 3.5 from 40+ reviews, and this Sheraton only has 37 reviews on TA.

Any ideas?

The amenities and star rating above are a match for what has previously been reported for the Sheraton, so that would be our best guess.

It's not uncommon for the TA reviews to be 'off' by a few post counts... not sure why, but it could be a result of moderated threads being deleted, merged, etc. So i wouldn't rule this out from being the Sheraton simply because it has 3 fewer posts than the actual TA shows.

This ended up being said Sheraton, but the weekend that this was booked for there was a hurricane in Myrtle Beach and my flight was canceled/rescheduled so I canceled the hotel and rebooked a different hotel for the following week.

It was over a year ago, but from what i remember I ended up booking with Orbitz because they had a great hotel + a 50$/off a night coupon or something making it the best deal around.
