Thank you for your help. For the board's information...this property was indeed the Holiday Inn San Diego-On the Bay . I ended up getting three rooms for $115 per night by using the link on this site to HOTWIRE.

I have been trying to find a downtown property for a couple weeks and already had a reservation at this hotel for $179.00 per night (which is the cheapest to be found by all known conventional means). If you do the math...using this site saved me $768.00 to get the same hotel I was going to stay at anyhow! I cannot thank you enough!
