I got this hotel throught HOTWIRE also last week for 1 night.

$69 with the amenities you mentionned for the friday May 16th.

Nice hotel, easy to find, only 1 year old, near the 87 and the breakfast was good. You did a great move with that one!

Indeed the rate in the off season is much lower. For example, the HOTWIRE rate for Tue Sept 16 2008 is $59 compared to $84 on the hotel website if paid in advance.
