Hotwire Hotel: 2.5* San Francisco (Airport SFO North-Oyster Point) La Quinta South SF

I am looking for a room near the airport in San Francisco for one night September 4. I see a 2.5 star at $59 which lists Shuttle, breakfast, fitness, pool, laundry, HS internet and it is a best value. Any ideas what hotel this might be?

I think that is the La Quinta SFO in South San Francisco. I paid the same price through Hotwire in February. Expedia traveler's opinions rate it 3.3 out of 5. I thought it was ok for the price and would probably stay there again.

I just returned from this hotel. I recommend that you call ahead and ask for a room in the main building. I was in a room that was literally across the railroad tracks from the main hotel.

Also, the internet access was very poor. It took forever to even set it up, then I needed to reset the connection every few minutes.

I would not rate this as a 2.5 star property.
