Priceline Hotel: 3* Rochester (Downtown) Plaza Hotel and Conference Center

Bid for a 4*-nothing available. Then bid 3X downtown at $80.00; PRICELINE responded by asking me to raise my bid $22.00-I did not, but instead added a free rebid and bid$88.00. I was awarded with this hotel. It was at one time the Crown Plaza; it may be a new hotel for this area.

After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, I am glad I am not staying here. I booked it for my husband :)
