We got it for $49 (I think a $5 savings?!). Tripadvisor indicates that it used to be known as a Residence Inn. We were hoping that it was either the Hyatt Place or Doubletree.

FYI: Tripadvisor also gave it a 3*. Two reviews on that site - one rated the Penthouse suite, which was huge. Other said that it was old

and run down, but had a nice bed and fireplace. (As Residence Inns were Mariotts, so I'm not surprised about the nice beds, but who knows if they've replaced the beds).
