SteveinPhilly1
I need to be near the Convention Center and not out by Vanderbilt without a car. Is there any guidance you can give me before bidding. I need 4 nights in mid September and don't want to get stuck on outskirts. Thanks! You've always guided me in the past experiences I've had on BB and I send friends here all the time! Link to comment
thereuare
If the zone is too large for your needs i would sooner take a look at HOTWIRE and try to identify the property(s) offered, as this will at least give you an educated guess as to the hotel's location. As well (i haven't checked) the zone boundaries may be drawn differently, which may (or not) be a smaller geographic region. As far as 2.5* vs. 3*... rates are all subjective, and there is so much variance within each star level itself, that it's difficult to stay. Much easier to compare a 'set' of properties at each star level and compare to another group of hotels at another star level and determine which has a greater chance at being 'better'.If you search HOTWIRE, is the zone any better suited to your needs and does anything show up within your budget and desired star level? pegster
I'm also looking there at the moment and that zone would be much better if it were split in two!The HOTWIRE hotels for my dates (5/31-6/1) all look to be Vanderbilt ones. Link to comment
