The complimentary breakfast might suggest the Express by Holiday Inn Leith. The zone is just big enough to include it, I think. But as stated, there is no way to have any degree of certainty.

I went ahead and booked it. It is the Holiday Inn Express at Royal Mile.

This is a newely opened hotel according to tripadvisor and it is near the Royal Mile in Edinburgh.
