Anne27
I am planning to travel to Geneva, Switzerland from 17 June to 20 June. I have a reservation in a 3* hotel - Edelweiss which is the hotel reserved for the event I am attending. The rate is 240CHF which is about 190 USD. It is in a good location as I am arriving by train. I would rather pay less but as Priceline only has one area for Geneva, I am worried that I might get a hotel which is in an inconvenient location (e.g. the airport). Any suggestions? Link to comment
WillTravel
I'd say there's a good chance you'd get a hotel by the airport or other inconvenient location on Priceline. Usually when they draw such a big zone it's because they want to unload hotels that are near the edge of the zone.Have you tried http://www.hrs.de and http://www.accorhotels.com to see if you can get anything cheaper that's still convenient?
