I have been reading everything about hotel bidding for LCalifornia, but I am just not 100% clear.

I need the following and am asking for any advice/help I can get.

June 23,2008 - June 26, 2008

A water view at a nice hotel with great pool!

First time to San Diego!

Anything you can do would be such a help!

You can't guarantee either of these with PRICELINE.. all that is guaranteed is a room in the zone you bid at the minimum star level you select.

If the above are needs and not just wants, HOTWIRE may be a better option as you can often take an educated guess as the property offered before your purchase by matching up the star rating and amenities. For the hotel above, please re-do your search at HOTWIRE... is there also a Restaurant icon in addition to the amenities you've listed? Also, i'm not seeing this offering on a current search for 6/20-6/23... are you seeing this for these dates or some other set of date(s)? If for 6/20-6/23, are you searching for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?
