I am also uncertain because this is for a business trip and wondering what is the chances of getting rooms with double beds? I entered 2 rooms 2 people per room.

This would be my first time blindly reserving a hotel reservation.

The amenties above match both the Hotel Solamar and the Omni, so either would be likely candidates, but the one i believe you're seeing above is the Hotel Solamar and that would be our best guess.

If you search for 2rooms/4adults/4children, each room will be booked for quad occupancy, which should ensure two beds in each room (although in rare circumstances the second bed could be a pullout couch or rollaway, but this is much more the exception than the rule and i wouldn't expect this to occur at a 4* property). By searching for 4adults/4children (rather than 8 adults) the price stays the same and you still accomplishes your goal of separate sleeping accomodations for each of the two people in each room.
