The 4* is a match for both the Omni and the Hotel Solamar so either of these are likely, although the one i believe you're seeing (at least on my own search) is more likey the Omni and that would be our best guess.

The 3* has not yet been identified but thru previous research best guess is the Ramada Inn and Suites.
