I really could have used the re-bidding strategy and had a huge advantage since this zone is the only one with a 5* rating. I'm not sure if this Hotel is truly a 4*,, Expedia and others list it as a 3*.. I overbid in this case. i hope my info helps.

The Bloomsbury and Kensington zones have 5* hotels too, but you're right that you do have a lot of rebidding opportunities. I have a theory that most or all Holiday Inns in London are Priceline 4* hotels. From what I've read, I think they are more upscale than Holiday Inns in the US. I have two Holiday Inn 4* hotels for my upcoming stay also. The location for your hotel is really good. TripAdvisor reviews are also excellent for your hotel.
