Tried again today & started at $135 4 star MTE. Rejected with counteroffer of $21 more. Had plenty of Rebids & just wanted nice room anywhere in City so added Times Square & bid $136-Rejected. Added MTW & bid $137-HIT. Not sure if could have scored the room cheaper if I narrowed in on the MTW zone but Hotwire was $189 for a 4 star in Midtown South & over $200 for other NYC zones so can't complain. This bid was for a friend.
