I'm looking to make a reservation this summer in Hilton Head for a 4 star resort. Is it best to book early or will the prices go down on HOTWIRE the closer we get to the time of the reservation?

With this being a summer destination and peak season, i would think things will get tougher as you get closer rather than better, but you never know how the demand will come in relative to expectations. I think you need to know the market (ie- what is a good price) and then be prepared to take a good offer when you see one.

Need some help id'ing this hotel. Seems like a new one, haven't seen these amenities before:

Airport Shuttle

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restaurant(s)

Business Center

Laundry Facilities

High-speed Internet Access

Golf Nearby

Tennis Nearby

Spa Services

And interestingly the TripAdvisor rating is not there. Or else I'm blind, but I don't see one.

The dates of the trip are 7/1 to 7/6. The rate is $155 a night.

this has not been confirmed, but the Spa and Smoke Free amenities indicate that this could be the Westin. :)

I am interested in this listing also. Is there any chance this could be the Crowne Plaza (been there, don't want to do that again). I would be happy if it is for sure Westin. Anymore progress on ID'ing this property?
