zackeroo Posted June 4, 2004 Report Posted June 4, 2004 I would like to stay in Vienna Jun 19 for one night. Since I'm only there for 1 day I want to be very central (within ring road?). I don't want to bid below 4* as I see some of the 3* Mercures are located quite far away. Thank you.

So you'd want to make sure you didn't overshoot this on Priceline when you could find an adequate hotel right exactly where you want it. I don't have any specific advice otherwise, but to check http://www.accorhotels.com and http://www.hrs.de .
KIMNGUYEN Posted March 16, 2005 Report Posted March 16, 2005 I was in the same situation...I was looking for Centre City but used priceline to bid...with the anxiety of the moment and wanting to get my arrangements squared away, I added "West" which I feel I ended up winning in West instead of Centre City and overall, I feel as if it was an overbid.
