kkirklan Posted May 30, 2004 Report Posted May 30, 2004 Got up to $100 bidding at all star levels in all areas near Myrtle Beach except for Pawley's Island. Started new bidding round at 3* level for Myrtle Beach Area and Pawley's Island Area at $120 and won this hotel.

I haven't followed it too much, but the "Jersey Shore" area has been slower than years past... rentals are off 20% or so vs. last year and the (hopeful and somewhat biased) local business owners are predicting a pick-up as we get deeper into the season.Thanks for posting!
