Just got around to posting. Thanks again for all the advice and

help from this board. Keep up the good work. Can anyone give me

any advise on where this hotel is near and what to do? We stayed last sept. at the Renaissance and it was just a 3* which I

thought should have been higher. The location of the Renaissance

was great for the cruise we went on and shopping and eating. We won it on priceline for $40.00 plus taxes and fees. Thanks to anyone who has stayed here.

This hotel is right across the street from the Renaissance so you're in luck!

I also agree that the Renaissance is a very nice hotel (from what I know of the public areas).

I live in Vancouver and just for your information, the restaurant in the hotel is called Showcase and they are famous for their lunch curries. There is also a great coffee house around the corner Artigianno that does cool latte art. Also check out a neat tea place called Infuze nearby.
