Bid up to $85 for a 3* and $81 for a 2.5* in the Corning area without success, this is a small market and the only 3* in the area is the Radisson, rooms were going for $115, so there was not much of an incentive to go any lower. Used the Support links to get the Hampton Inn for $99; this includes HHonors points and .5 Southwest trip segment, and the Hampton free breakfast and free Wifi.
