Some changes from pinned list: 3* in contrast to 3.5, and current amenities add non-smoking (see below).

Narrowed it down based on tripadvisor rating, so was expecting this hotel

Broke booking in 2, because whole duration (4/11-4/16) came up as ~350/night with same hotel description

though it has subsequently changed to 102 for the whole booking... :)

best rate through hotel was 373+tax PREPAID

priceline was showing ~344

Note there is a large conference in town for this period, so prices and availability are terrible.

Thought of trying priceline, but this deal was too good to pass up
