Looking at Midtown East, Midtown West, NY City Time Sqaure, Upped Midtown. What would be a suggested start bid rate and please confirm my re-bid zones would be Upper West Side and Upper East Side.Thank you.

Should I wait and then split my days to 3 and 3. I'm just concerned that with it being a holiday weekend, we might miss out on getting a decent deal. Suggestions?

silentwonder66 Posted March 20, 2008 Author Report Posted March 20, 2008 I've arranged for Marriott stay through my employer's travel agency and we can cancel 48hours prior to arrival. It is for the Courtyard Marriott at an average $230/night. At this point I'm not sure if it makes sense to bid any further if this cost is within reason. Seeing some of the bidding recently, I'm thinking it might be. Any thoughts?

But i'll also add that i think the Fitzpatrick suggestion(s) are much better than your current Courtyard back-up and the same price.
