My first time using Priceline, and it was accepted. I don't know if I could have won for less, but it seems like a decent deal.

I was hoping to get Hilton Metrotown, but I don't know if that is still an active Priceline hotel (?). I found this site after I won, but I will check it again for sure.

Can you confirm which zone you bid? This property was previously reported in the (Coquitlam-Burnaby) zone and in looking at the map still appears to be within this zones boundaries.

On Priceline it is in the zone 'Surrey-Langley' and I do not see a 'Coquitlam-Burnaby' zone...am I overlooking something? As New West is not between Surrey-Langley, what you mention would make much more sense.

the Surrey-Langley area is featured on the "shop and compare" Priceline page, but when bidding on the "name your own price" page only the following zones are offered:

Coquitlam - Burnaby

Langley

Surrey - Pitt Meadows

Vanccouver

Vancouver Int'l Airport

The highest star rating in Langley is 2*, so you did not likely bid in this area. The maps found on the shop and compare site and name your own price site are not the same.

I see, my bad. I am a newbie at this, so I guess I paid attention to the wrong category, strange how the maps are different.

Yes, I think I only bid in what I guess was indeed Coquitlam-Burnaby, I didn't choose any others, it was one bid. Anyway, it looks like it has been edited now.
