I'm not sure how to get the Delta Toronto East on Priceline, but I'm pretty sure its that 3.5* hotel in Scarborough on that sometimes comes up on Hotwire.

If you have your mind set on a certain place, and don't want to pay full price, I'd book on Hotwire since you can sometimes figure out which hotel it is.
