This website also has the possibility to indicate room preferences such as bed type, and after I made changes to these preferences the website asked for a confirmation, indicating the following remarks: Rate RulesAdditional InformationTravel agents: please note that this rate is non-commissionable.Holding Your Reservation * We will need a credit card prepayment to reserve your room. * To insure that you receive this special advance purchase rate, we will charge your credit card a prepayment of 130.00 EUR (your full room charge plus tax) when you make your reservation.Modifying Your Reservation * Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.The text after the second bullet is highlighted. Does this mean that after accepting these preference changes, the credit card is charged another
