I thought this was Homewood, but it doesn't have a laundry icon. It is in Princeton/Lawrenceville area and the icons are

Suite, Comp breakfast, fitness center, pool, business center, internet, kitchenette

Trying to figure out the same thing as I need to vacate my house again this weekend as the bathroom is still being remodeled.

I wanted the Homewood again as I had a great stay...but wondering why laundry is absent this time.

Rate is $58

Date of travel - Feb 7 one night.

Today, I see a listing for 2 1/2 stars for $58 that looks like Homewood, but stars are different.

Sorry, Homewood is 3 stars, the 2 1/2 may be Amerisuites - says it is a customer favorite.

Princeton, 3* $58 Suite.Complimentary Breakfast,Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business Center, High-speed Internet Access, Kitchenette

I would like to know which hotel this is.

The 2 1/2 star at $58 has same amenities plus laundry. I'm pretty sure this is Hyatt Place.

Neither has been identified. The Homewood Suites has been previously reported at the 3* level (but with a Laundry icon... perhaps it was downgraded or the Laundry icon has been removed), the Hyatt Place has not yet been reported, but most are now rated 3* after their conversion from the AmeriSuites (which were generally rated 3*). There is also a Residence Inn and a Springhill Suites in the area, as well as <i think> a Fairfield Inn.

The amenities and star ratings are so close that it's difficult to determine which would be the 3 stars and which the 2.5*, but i would guess the above two would likely be from among the pool of hotels listed. I would probably go for the 3* since they're the same price, and if you don't need the amenities of a suite, the 3.5* is just $10 more.
