It's valid for a month from the day you request it (dinner only)and is valid for the person named on the e-mail (so use your REAL name when filling in their form!).I also immediately rec'd another coupon, but for $15 with the same validity period and rules of use.I was able to make my reservation at the Seattle location using opentable.com and collect points too.Hope this helps someone out.Cities that have Palomino Restaurants: Charlotte, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Honolulu, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Palm Desert, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Seattle.
