  1. Please add to the list a confirmed report of the Hyatt Place Boise Towne Square. Really happy to get this hotel. I only wanted to try Boise West, so I did not use any rebid zones. This was my lowest starting bid so was a bit surprised to get it at that price, but very happy to get such a new property (with free breakfast and internet too!). Cheers.
  2. Great to see it's still a low price in the height of Summer. Cheapest room on their website for that date is $99. Cheers.
  3. Thought I would try booking a little farther out than usual and still the rates were good for Vegas. Started at $75, hit at $82. Lowest rate on the Trump site was $109. I've spent a lot of time at the Wynn this year and am very happy to test out the Trump for a night. Cheers.
  4. Lots of rebid zones on a 4 * but started at $50. $60 very reasonable for the night ($109 on Marriott's website).
  5. A new one to report for Eugene, OR. 3* with the following icons: complimentary breakfast, fitness, pool, high-speed internet I was really hoping this was the Holiday Inn Express but that's how it goes. Still a good deal over their online rate of $124. Cheers.
  6. 9 Nights at the Wynn, booked two rooms. All the usual icons. Beat myself up because I forgot to use the link.... sorry! Managed to book a Compact car for $12/day during the same period (Priceline of course).
  7. Two rooms at the Wynn, for 9 nights. All icons as per the usual. Remembered to use the link!
  8. Hyatt Grand Champions was $159 on their website, and HOTWIRE had 4* hotels in the area for $89. Two free rebid zones were available for "Resort" category, so I had 3 bids available. Starting at $59 I got it on the first try. Could have kicked myself for not starting lower! :) Still, a fantastic deal.
  9. I was having trouble ID ing this hotel for November 22-24, so decided to book one night to see what it was (then buy the second night if I was happy with it). Icons were Internet & Restaurant, for $115 for November 22nd. I was disappointed that it was the Sheraton, as they are having a great deal right now (for $179 you get a room AND a $100 Macy's card). Bleh. Oh well, live and learn. Hope the new icons help someone out. Cheers.
  10. I just did a search for Seattle for Nov 22-24 and the 4* in Pike Place is coming up with the icons for Restaurant and Internet. I've already compared with the hotel products as well, but am stumped. Do you think the Hilton or Hyatt may have changed one of their icons?
  11. Yes, if you buy from the Costco website, the shipping seems a little much for such a small item, but you may be able to pick these up at your local Costco (and save on shipping). I hadn't heard of GoCard until just recently, if I didn't need the Disney tickets it sounds like a great program (and a wonderful price too). Thanks for the GoCard link, that's great!
  12. Thereuare, please feel free to remove this if this is not the place to post, but this was so good a deal (and took so long to find) I had to share: The Southern California Citypass is being offered at some locations of Costco (not in California from what I know, but try Washington & Oregon locations) and through the Costco.com site at a GREAT deal, the lowest I've found. Here's the deal: $165 for Kids, $205 for Adults gets you admission to the following six attractions: 3-day Disneyland

  14. Bidding on behalf of my Sister, 3rd try was the charm, along with a higher Max. Started at $55 (Disneyland) failed added Anaheim Hills $60 failed added Laguna/Mission $65 failed added Seal Beach/Huntington $70 accepted. Holiday Inn Anaheim Resort 1915 South Manchester Avenue Your Offer Price: $70.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 5 Subtotal: $350.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $53.41 Total Charges: $403.41 The tripadvisor reviews are great, a newer property so she's pleased. This hotel does have an advance purchase rate of $72, so it is no great savings over that rate. However, she probably wouldn't have even found that, as the 3rd party sites always show refundable rooms which are close to the rack rate. Everyone is happy. I'll try to get her to write a review when she gets back and get some digital photos for your 'real photos' page. Cheers.
