Turned out to be the Ambassador Hotel. It's amenities include: Boutique, fitness center, restaurant and high speed internet. I picked it up for $43/night in January and Feb. !!

I forgot to mention that my dates are January 18 and 19th, and Feb. 22 and 23rd. I did use the HOTWIRE link in the forum.

It is 3.5 stars. On January 18th, it lists the price as $86 and has three amenities: fitness center, restaurant, and high speed internet. Thanks everyone for your help.

This is a match for the The Whitney, A Wyndham Historic Hotel so that would be our best guess.
