thereuare
Might be a bit optimistic for a 4* for these dates, but if you'd like to give it a try, you have 5 re-bid zones available when bidding in the Los Angeles area. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding. There are no 4* hotels offered in the Marina del Rey zone so we'll leave that area out for now.Select 4* Beverly Hills-West Hollywood...Bid $75, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $80, if rejected add re-bid zone2...Bid $85, if rejected add re-bid zone3...Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone4...Bid $95, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 4* Beverly Hills-West Hollywood and re-bid zone5...Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone2...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone3...Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone4...Bid $120.Any questions feel free to ask.Good Luck and let us know how it goes. jordan66
Yes 3 days in a row and I have been turned down after visiting 5 zones and offering up to $126 Link to comment
Colfax
In your first post you wrote that you were also willing to stay in Marina Del Rey. You can usually win 3* in Santa Monica-Marina Del Rey for less than the $126 you've bid in Beverly Hills/West Hollywood.Do you want to try for a 3* in MDR now? Or rather hold out for the 4* in BH? Keep in mind Priceline's zone includes Marina Del Rey AND Santa Monica. You're not assured of winning a hotel in Marina Del Rey, and most accepted bids in that zone are for Santa Monica hotels. Also, you mentioned that you're cruising out of San Pedro. Are you interested in any of the hotels near there? Link to comment
